I've recently returned home after a really long holiday in the Phils (lovely time, visited relatives, hung out with my siblings, fantastic weather, almost got arrested on my way back at the Hong Kong airport. ya know, all that jazz
I wish I had with me a working camera really, really bad. If I could upload the pictures I took in my head while I was walking around Hong Kong or staring at people from the Starbucks in Makati's Greenbelt I'd pro'lly end up overloading
So much beauty, nothing special. Not a perfect rose, or that little half-smile on a young girl's face, but the beauty of just being there, in that place, at that time, ready to take it in.
In a sense I might have been lucky not to have had a camera, I might have missed some of it distracted into getting the right focus on what was there before.
On the other hand my photographic vanity regrets it big time
I think it's time milcah starts to seriously consider buying herself a new toy...
